Following extensive engagement with the UK Government and with the EPC assessor industry on the implementation of EPC reform and the delayed launch date for new EPC s in England and Wales and the impacts of this on Scotland, regulations introducing new-style EPC certificates, validity periods and rating systems in Scotland will now be amended to come into force on 30 April 2028.
