The listing badge
Every vendor in this directory has a badge waiting for them. It is free, it is unconditional, and it does not require a link back. It says one thing, which is true of every product here equally: listed in the UK Holiday Let Software Directory.

The rules, stated plainly
- It is free and unconditional. Take it or leave it; neither changes your listing.
- No link is required. If you do link, the badge should point at your own profile page rather than our homepage, because the profile is the page about you.
- No award language. It is a statement of fact, not a prize. There are no tiers and nothing to win.
- Versioned by year. The 2026 file is stable; a new file appears each January.
- Nothing is tracked. The SVG is a static file. It sets no cookie, calls nothing, and reports no impressions — this site runs no analytics of any kind.

Questions vendors ask
- Do I have to link back to get the badge?
- No. The badge is free and unconditional. Using it creates no obligation, and not using it changes nothing about your listing. A badge given in exchange for a link would be a link scheme under Google's policies, and it would also contradict the neutrality this directory is built on.
- Can I get a better badge if I pay?
- There is no better badge and nothing is for sale. Every listed vendor gets the identical badge with the identical wording. The moment badges are tiered, they become the pay-to-rank product this directory exists to be an alternative to.
- Why does it not say 'Top 10' or 'Best'?
- Because it would not be true. The badge states a fact — that the product is listed — and nothing more. There is no ranking anywhere on this site to be top of.
