Our verdict

Zeevou is a UK company aimed at serviced-accommodation and multi-unit operators rather than single-cottage owners, and its pricing reflects that: the paid tiers begin at a three-unit minimum and the cheapest per-unit rate, £18.56, requires fifty units. Below three units the only option is the free Core plan. On a straight per-unit basis it is among the more expensive systems here at small scale, roughly £108 a month for five units, and the discount curve between Growth and Enterprise is shallow, about 14% across a seventeen-fold increase in portfolio size. There is no free trial; a 30-day money-back guarantee stands in its place, which is a materially different proposition because it requires payment first. The annual-plan claim of "up to 80% lower pricing" is unexplained on the page and should be checked against a quote. The integration list is the strongest in this set for hardware, naming fifteen lock brands plus KeyNest, and it is one of only two entries here with a named Xero connection, which matters for Making Tax Digital. Five UK-relevant payment gateways are supported, including Opayo. OTAs are not named on the integrations page.
