Our verdict
Enso Connect is the most feature-dense product in this category and the least legible on price. Its 'Boarding Pass' portal bundles the guidebook with digital check-in, ID verification, smart-lock access, security deposits and damage waivers, wrapped in an AI inbox with sentiment analysis — a genuine platform rather than a guidebook with extras, and the reason its Capterra average sits at 4.7 across sixty-two reviews. Reviewers repeatedly credit upsell revenue with covering the subscription. Against that: pricing is quote-only. The vendor publishes no tiers, no currency, no per-unit rate and no minimum portfolio size, asking instead for business details in exchange for a custom quote. Third-party directories quote a US$100 monthly starting figure and disagree on whether a free plan or trial exists. For a UK operator this is the weakest disclosure in the category. There is no UK entity, no UK office — Toronto and Barcelona only — no GBP billing, no published UK support hours, and no UK case study among those we read. The named integrations skew to global systems; we found no connection to SuperControl, eviivo, Bookster, Anytime Booking or any other UK-specific PMS. Strong product, poor fit for a UK buyer who wants a price before a sales call.
