Safely is the only vendor in this category selling actual insurance rather than an insurance-backed waiver, and it is also the only one a UK operator cannot currently buy. The vendor's own international page is unambiguous: "Safely is coming soon to Australia, Canada, Europe and the UK". Insurance operations run through an affiliated excess and surplus lines agency, On Demand Insurance Agency, LLC, licensed in US states only. That single fact should govern how a UK reader treats everything below it. The product itself is well specified. Cover runs to $1,000,000 for home structure and bodily injury, $10,000 for contents, $2,500 for jewellery, artwork and firearms and $200 for currency and precious metals, and includes pet damage, intentional guest damage and theft. The inclusion of liability is a genuine differentiator, since Truvi excludes bodily injury outright. Guest screening is bundled, though the vendor publishes almost nothing about how it works - no mention of biometrics, liveness or document checks. Pricing is quote-only, charged per booked night, and normally recovered through a guest-paid fee added to the listing; no figures are published in any currency. The integration list is long and includes eviivo and Uplisting, but a UK PMS connection does not make the policy purchasable here. List Safely as one to watch, not one to buy.
