Our verdict

Lodgify's distinguishing feature for a UK reader is that its price does not scale with portfolio size. Read with the GBP selector active, Professional lists at £53 a month and Ultimate at £77 whether the account holds one property or twenty, which makes it one of the cheapest options here per property above roughly five units and one of the more expensive at one. The two cheapest tiers are hard-capped, Basic at one rental and Starter at two, so growth forces a tier jump rather than an incremental increase. Note that the GBP figures are numerically identical to the USD and EUR ones, so this is currency-at-par pricing rather than a converted rate, and a UK buyer is effectively paying a dollar price in pounds. A large promotion was running when we checked, cutting Professional and Ultimate by half; the list prices are the durable figures. Direct booking website building is a genuine strength and sits from the Starter tier, and Lodgify is an Airbnb Preferred+ partner. Weak points: TripAdvisor and similar are iCal only, no UK channels are named, no accounting integration is named, and dynamic pricing, smart locks and damage protection are unpriced add-ons.
