Our verdict

DPGO is the cheapest published flat-rate option in this category and the most flexible on billing basis: eighteen dollars per listing per month, or 0.5% of booked price, or one dollar per booked night, all with a thirty-day trial that explicitly requires no card. Invoicing is fortnightly, and the vendor states it only charges on new reservations that were priced dynamically, which lowers the risk of paying through an empty shoulder season - a real consideration for a seasonal Welsh or Cumbrian cottage. The constraint is coverage. DPGO's published partner list runs to four property management systems - iGMS, Hostfully, Hostaway and OwnerRez - with none of the UK-built systems present and no published Uplisting connection. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia and HomeAway appear as channels. For a UK owner running two or three properties on Airbnb through Hostaway or OwnerRez the economics are attractive; for anyone on a UK cottage-agency stack it is likely a non-starter. All prices are in US dollars, with no GBP list and no published VAT position. Support is stated as twenty-four-hour email plus live chat, but no UK hours and no UK phone number are published.
