Our verdict

Uplisting is one of the few genuinely UK-rooted systems in the professional tier, and it is the only UK entry we checked whose list price is quoted in GBP by default rather than converted from dollars. The pricing structure has a clear break point: a £72/month flat fee covers one to five properties, so a single-cottage owner pays the same as a five-property operator, and only above six properties does the £16/property/month rate apply. On that criterion it is expensive for one property and competitive from roughly six upwards. It is an Airbnb Preferred Plus software partner, which matters for API stability rather than for listing placement. The integration list is broad on locks, pricing tools and cleaning, but the accounting connections are US-oriented; Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent are not named, which is a real gap for a UK operator now filing under Making Tax Digital. No UK channels are supported, so a Cornwall or Lakes owner distributing through Sykes, Cottages.com or Independent Cottages will need a second system. Ownership passed to AirDNA in January 2024. Support is email-only with no published phone number or UK support hours, which is the weakest point in an otherwise well-documented product.
