"No set-up fee", "no contract, no minimum term". Pay-as-you-go: "You pay as you go like for a prepaid phone" and top up by any amount. A handling fee applies on top-ups below EUR50. The site says "You can test all functions free of obligations" - a trial exists but the vendor page did not state a fixed number of days, so trial_days is null. We did not derive prices at 5 or 20 properties because the total depends on the number of room-type-to-channel connections, not on property count alone.

Our verdict

Beds24 is the cheapest and the most granular pricing model in this set. Rather than a per-property subscription it charges a EUR15.50 monthly base fee plus EUR0.55 a month for each channel connection, where a connection means one room type linked to one channel. A single cottage listed on three OTAs therefore costs a little over EUR17 a month, and cost rises with distribution breadth rather than with portfolio size, which suits an operator with several properties on few channels and penalises one with few properties on many. Billing is prepaid, described by the vendor as working "like for a prepaid phone", with no setup fee, no contract and no minimum term, though a handling fee applies to top-ups below EUR50. Prices are quoted in euros; payment is accepted in GBP among five other currencies, so a UK operator can pay in sterling but is buying a euro-denominated service. The VAT wording is worth reading carefully: customers outside the EU are stated to be VAT-free, which post-Brexit includes the UK, but operators should confirm their own reverse-charge position.
