OwnerRez is the only system in this set that states it is profitable, debt-free and has taken no outside investment, which is a meaningful stability signal in a category where four of the sixteen entries have changed hands or taken growth capital in the last three years. It also commits publicly to no setup fees, no booking fees and no contracts.
