Our verdict

PriceLabs is the default recommendation in most UK short-term-let circles, and its integration list is a large part of why. It is the only tool in this category we could verify with published connections to three UK-built property management systems - SuperControl, eviivo and Zeevou - plus Uplisting. That matters if you run Scottish or West Country cottage stock on a UK system rather than on Guesty or Hostaway. Pricing is published and unusually transparent: $19.99 per listing per month for UK customers, the same band as the US and EU, with a sliding discount from the second listing and an alternative 1%-of-booking-revenue basis. Billing is in US dollars; there is no GBP price list and no published UK VAT position, so budget for FX and check your invoice treatment. The 30-day trial requires no card, which is rare in this category. Two things to weigh. The fee is per listing, so a twenty-cottage portfolio is a real recurring line item, and market dashboards, API access and extra daily syncs are all charged separately at $1 per listing per month each. Control is granular to the point of being fiddly - base price, minimums and maximums, seasonal profiles, orphan-gap rules - which suits an operator willing to learn it and frustrates one who wants set-and-forget. No UK support hours or UK phone number are published.
