Bookster is an Edinburgh company selling to UK and European holiday-let owners, and it publishes both its price and its channel commission on the same page, which is rarer than it should be. On the criterion of total cost rather than headline price, the commission is the number that matters: Lite is the cheapest subscription at £26/month but carries 2% plus VAT on every OTA booking, so a property turning over £30,000 a year through Airbnb and Booking.com would pay roughly £600 in commission on top of £312 in subscription. Max at £86/month with 0.83% inverts that arithmetic somewhere around the £25,000-£30,000 mark. The pricing page scales with property count, so the quoted figures are a floor rather than a fixed rate. A published UK landline and an Edinburgh street address put it ahead of most of the global field on accountability, though no support hours are stated. Website building and SEO are sold as first-class products rather than afterthoughts, which fits an owner-managed cottage business chasing direct bookings.
