Wheelhouse is the only tool in this category with a genuinely free tier you can keep using indefinitely: link your listings, read the market report and configure settings without paying. Beyond that it offers a rare choice of billing basis. Pro Flex charges 1% of revenue with a $2.99 minimum monthly fee, which is the cheapest published committed spend in the category and suits a single low-turnover holiday cottage. Pro Flat is $19.99 per listing per month, falling to $16.99 at fifty or more listings, but the published flat band starts at ten listings, so a two-cottage operator is effectively steered onto the percentage plan. Market dashboards, sold as Dynamic Sets, are a further $12.99 per set per month. All prices are in US dollars; there is no GBP list price and no published UK VAT position. The integration list is where UK operators should pause. Uplisting and Avantio are supported, but we found no published connection to SuperControl, eviivo, Zeevou, Bookster, Bookalet or Lodgify, so if your property management system is UK-built, check before you trial.
