Bookalet is the cheapest credible entry point in this category for a single UK holiday let, and the only one billed annually rather than monthly. At one bookable, Lite is £139 a year excluding VAT and Pro is £189; at twenty, Pro is £906 and Team £1,009. There is no booking commission. Measured on cost per property per month, a twenty-property operator on Pro pays under £4, which is materially below anything else here. The company is unusually transparent on identity for this market: registered address in Bedfordshire, company number 06936223, a published UK VAT number and a UK landline, all in the footer. The limitation is scope. Channel management appears only from Pro and is described generically as "via iCal" and "via API" without naming which channels use which method, so a buyer cannot tell from the site whether Airbnb is a live two-way connection or a calendar feed. No accounting integration is named. There is no unified inbox or AI messaging. It is positioned across cottages, glamping, campsites, boats and small hotels, and the feature set reads as a booking engine with owner and housekeeper access rather than a full operations platform.
